What is Theology?

Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines theology as, "the study of religious faith, practice, and experience. Especiallythe study of God and of God's relation to the world." The New Dictionary of Theology notes that, the word Theology "is derived from the Gk, theologia, compounded of two words, meaning basically an account of, or discourse about, gods or God." (Wright, 2016, p. 903).
